• Greeted guests and appropriately showed them to conference rooms and makeup.

• Read rundowns of the shows and created seating charts accordingly.

• Entered television show information into Access and guest information into Outlook.Went on a shoot with one of the Chicago Tonight reporters, Brandis Friedman, and observed her.

• Transcribed video, enabling the editor to find useful soundbites in less time.

 

DePaul Athletic Communication

• Edited pictures using Photoshop and In Design to enhance the pictures for the Athletic Center to use.

• Administered credentials at university basketball games, enabling media to enter the games.

• Answered incoming phone calls at the media table during basketball games, informing organizations the score of the game.

• Organized media tables and set up stat-monitors before games, providing a professional space for media covering the game.

 

Ryder Cup Internship

• Administered credentials at the front desk, enabling people to access the room.Greeted people and directed them to proper locations.

• Dealt with ticket holders’ inquiries and complaints in a polite and efficient manner.

 

Wilbraham Public Access

• Edited footage on the software Final Cut Pro, providing usable video for the station.

• Filmed several events independently, giving the station a variety of stories.

• Worked with the teleprompter, both reading from it and operating it.

• Interviewed people on the set while recording a segment for the station.

• Assisted in the weather portion on the show, expanding my knowledge in Chroma key.
